Teaching to Tweet

The reason this image really excites me is simple:

two very talented and busy people at 24th ST Theatre took more than three hours out of their day to learn the basics of Twitter and how they can use it to further our Outreach goals.

1. We took our time and talked through their questions.

2. Then moved to practical demos using my screen.

3. Ended with Deb (Artistic Director) & Jay (Managing Director) working on their Twitter profiles at their own pace, asking questions with me guiding them. We set a goal for both of them to tweet once a day. Hope you’ll follow their progress!

And love this tweet shortly after our time together! ‏@Jay24thstreet ; I learn from the BEST@cindymariej. Thanks for teaching me to navigate the Twitter universe. Feels like Driver’s Ed all over again.
