What I Do

Parenting writer, pop culture writer, developmental editor, speaker on writing, relocation, working from home

Cindy worked in arts education and management for over 15 years, spanning New York to Los Angeles. She ran multiple workshops on arts marketing, outreach, and partnerships, and was one of the first people to pioneer digital marketing for Los Angeles theaters and nonprofits.

Cindy has written at the intersection of parenting, tech, and pop culture since... well, since she became a parent. As a published essayist/journalist in both international and hyper-local publications, she recently launched OutThink Media to help families evaluate content creators on YouTube and have the conversations that their kids need to understand this new world.
She has been a guest on multiple podcasts and is a great source for parenting topics such as YouTube, working parents, and relocating your family. She also reviews parenting and fantasy books at CMJComms on Instagram.

I watch YouTube so you don’t have to.

At OutThink Media, we offer context and conversations to help you evaluate and curate movies, TV, YouTube, and more.
